		<description>Great point.  We have to look at everything - all the stats and trends.  I just spoke with a customer yesterday who was concerned because their traffic was down about 35% in December compared with last year...but their sales were up about 35% compared to last December.  Go figure.  Good for you for figuring out the situation and for staying level headed.  Very impressive.  And I don&#039;t think you suck.</description>
